If you’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team! As an SDR, you’ll drive our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, engaging potential customers, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives. With a 9-week comprehensive training program and ongoing coaching, you’ll gain the skills to succeed while helping redefine waste management.   • Qualifying and identifying leads at the initial stages of the funnel utilizing cold calling techniques
  • Demonstrating the value of our offering through phone calls, email and social tools
  • Diligently updating Salesforce, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups
  • Being an active participant in our sales coaching process

  • No prior experience is needed
  • $24.04 / hour + $6k annual target commission (uncapped)
  • Promotional plan based on performance with commission and treasure bonus increase
  • One time performance bonus of $4,000 once you have graduated from the 9-week training program
  • 100% remote work
